Maria brings a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, joining TDP from ASC Engineered Solutions where she hired across diverse functions including finance, sales, engineering and procurement. Prior to ASC, she worked in recruiting operations for an autonomous vehicle startup. Maria is deeply committed to delivering an exceptional candidate experience from initial engagement through the interview process. In her role at TDP, she supports the Talent Acquisition function in identifying and placing top talent across the firm and its portfolio companies.
Maria received a BS in Human Resource Management, with a minor in Law and Public Policy from Indiana University – Bloomington.
