Lauren has extensive experience with full life cycle recruiting within the Financial Technology space where she worked to recruit top software engineering talent for leading proprietary trading firms, investment banks, and hedge funds. As a Recruitment Consultant at Selby Jennings, she built out a pipeline of qualified candidates, managed interview processes from start to finish, collaborated directly with clients, and advised on recruitment practices. As a TDP Talent Acquisition Associate, she is now responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and coordinating candidates for TDP’s high-growth portfolio companies.
Lauren received a BSBA in Business Management from the University of Arizona – Eller College of Management and graduated Magna Cum Laude.
