Joe Ellis
Real Estate Analyst
Joe has expertise in MSA research and evaluation, as well as risk analysis across various real estate exposure scenarios. At Tyree & D’Angelo Partners, he works with the Real Estate group to support decision-making related to target markets, site selection, and property development initiatives for TDP and its portfolio companies.
Prior to joining TDP, Joe was with Advocate Commercial Real Estate Advisors, where he completed data modeling and market analyses across multiple disciplines and geographies to support leadership review and strategic decision making.
Joe earned his Bachelor degree and Master of Science in Finance from the Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa.
