Jen Sommesi
Managing Director, Human Capital
Jen has over two decades of human capital development, talent acquisition, recruiting, and client services experience. She is responsible for leading the TDP Resource Partner talent acquisition and human capital function within TDP and its portfolio companies. She previously worked as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition for Athletico Physical Therapy where she held responsibility for enterprise-wide talent priorities and programs. Prior to Athletico, Jen spent 20 years in various talent acquisition roles at CDW.
Jen received a Master’s Degree in Communication, with an emphasis on Organizational Change and Leadership, from Northwestern University and received an undergraduate double major in Management and Marketing from the Trulaske College of Business at the University of Missouri.
