Ryan McDonnell
Director, Strategy & Operations
Ryan has more than 10 years of experience working in roles focused on building relationships to create value. He is responsible for leading the TDP Resource Partner strategy & operations function within TDP and its portfolio companies. Ryan previously worked at McKinsey & Company serving global clients to meet strategic and operational objectives across industries. Prior to joining McKinsey & Company, Ryan worked in Education as both a consultant and a High School Math Teacher through Teach for America.
Ryan received an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago and a BA from Northwestern University.
