Kim brings a decade of Human Resources experience, with a strong focus on aligning HR strategies with business and corporate goals. She previously worked at Constellation Brands, where she was a trusted advisor to senior leadership, managed employee relations, executed organizational planning and led performance management & talent development initiatives. Prior to her time at Constellation Brands, she gained valuable HR experience in the healthcare and nonprofit sectors.
Kim holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and earned her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.
