Jay has more than 15 years of experience working with businesses in an operational and investor capacity. He works with TDP as an Operating Partner on Superior Insurance Partners, a leading national retail insurance brokerage. Jay was previously the largest multi-site operator of Maaco branded paint & collision franchises in the Midwest. Prior, Jay held roles at Macquire and UBS working with lower and middle-market businesses to accelerate value creation.
Jay received a BS from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
