Fred has successfully led and created value in food and beverage companies for over 30 years, including with private family-owned businesses and with large public businesses with over $2 billion in annual sales. Fred is currently Managing Director of Premier Branding Holding Corporation and previously President and COO, Sofina Foods. Prior to joining Sofina, Fred was the CEO of Santa Maria Foods and created significant value under its private equity ownership.
Previously Fred was President of Dare Foods Limited, President of Labatt-Interbrew North America, President Kellogg Canada, and General Manager Cereal Kellogg USA. Fred holds an undergraduate degree from Queen’s University.
