David Prekop
Principal
Dave has over 15 years of lower middle market private equity and investment banking experience. He previously worked at HCP & Company, which managed over $200 million of investment capital at the time. Prior to entering the private equity industry Dave also worked on the investment banking team at Duff & Phelps.
Dave received an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago and a BBA degree with distinction in Finance, Investment & Banking from the University of Wisconsin.
